Eduardo Minardi
Strategic Advisor to CEOs, Founders & Boards
I work with CEOs, founders, boards and investors -including Private Equity firms- who want to rethink and strengthen their businesses, their leadership teams and the decisions that shape the future of their companies.
More than an external consultant, I act as a strategic advisor and sparring partner, helping leaders test assumptions, challenge strategic choices and navigate growth, transformation and uncertainty.
I combine independent strategic advisory, board participation, selective investments, conference speaking and the facilitation of strategic discussions.
I am particularly active in matters related to strategy, business transformation, leadership, governance, culture, talent, digital transition and AI, with deep experience in mobility and the automotive aftermarket.
My work is grounded on close, trust-based relationships.
Helping leaders reflect not only on performance and competitiveness, but also on the organizational and human challenges that naturally emerge as companies grow, evolve or face disruption.
From Executive Leadership to Strategic Advisory.
Before this stage, I spent nearly three decades with Bridgestone Corporation in senior international roles across the Americas, Europe and Japan.
I served as Chairman and CEO of major regional operations in the Americas and EMEA, and as a long-standing member of the Global Executive Committee in Tokyo.
That experience, together with my subsequent advisory work, exposed me to a wide range of business cycles, transformations and leadership challenges across multiple geographies, cultures and markets, and continues to shape the perspective I bring today to CEOs, founders and boards.
Earlier in my career, I also worked in banking, the oil industry, consulting and academia.
Today, I am based mainly between Madrid, London and Buenos Aires.
