Helping leaders reflect not only on performance and competitiveness, but also on the organizational and human challenges that naturally emerge as companies grow, evolve or face disruption.
Before this stage, I spent nearly three decades with Bridgestone in senior international roles across the Americas, Europe and Japan.
I served as Chairman and CEO of major regional operations in the Americas and EMEA, and as a long-standing member of the Global Executive Committee in Tokyo.
That experience, together with my subsequent advisory work, exposed me to a wide range of business cycles, transformations and leadership challenges across multiple geographies, cultures and markets, and continues to shape the perspective I bring today to CEOs, founders and boards.<\/p>\n

Earlier in my career, I also worked in banking, the oil industry, consulting and academia.
Today, I am based mainly between Madrid, London and Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n
